This model of the 70 Pine Street is built at 1:800 scale and measures over 36 cm in height.
It goes well with the Lego set 21046 "Empire State Building" 

Information about the skyscraper
70 Pine Street is a 290 meter tall famous Art Déco skyscraper in New York City. Completed in 1932, it was the third tallest building in the world after the Empire State Building and Chrysler Building.

Like with all of my skyscraper models, I used blueprints of the original building to recreate the tower with great detail and match the original dimensions to scale.

Important information

1.  Stickers, minifi-gures, printed parts & third-party accessories are not included.

2.  We only provide the PDF instruction manual, Contact us for instructions please.

3. Please pay close attention to the first three pages of the PDF Instructions as we have replaced some parts or simply removed rare parts.

4.  Without Original Box, New in Sealed Bag. When the weight is more than 2 KG, neutral cartons will be used.

5.  It is not already built, You need to build it yourself according to the PDF instructions.

6. They are not official LEGO Pieces, But these pieces are 100% LEGO compatible.
