Vintage Electro-Voice Power Point Diamond Stereo Needle model# 2604D.  Item was made in the USA & is new, but the original packaging has split open at the top from the glue losing it's adhesiveness over the years & the original foam inside package is disintegrating.  I found it in a box of old military gear from the Vietnam War, so may be from 1964-1965 time period?
