Heel measures 4 1/2" at the back.
Size 8 1/2 medium but they seem to run a bit on the narrow side. These would be too narrow if you sometimes need a wide width.
New with tag, store display. Minor dust marks on the soles and some light wear to the gold edge near the front of the shoe. There is also a "bump" under the lining of the footbed as shown in second photo.
