Department 56 Berkshire House, New England Village lighted Christmas building from 1989. Beautiful hand-painted porcelain Building. Building is Dutch colonial inn with two front entries, half porch, five dormered windows on front, second-story mansard roof. The Berkshire House looks beautiful when lit. Size: 7" x 5" x 5.5".

This beautiful Christmas collectible makes a classy addition to any village collection. The Berkshire House is in good condition for being over 30 years old and has beautiful artwork, color and design, each piece is properly marked on the bottom of the piece. Comes with original box, sleeve (sleeve has wear) and light cord.
