Dragon Magazine #254 from December of 1998. The issue is in used condition with a good bit of wear but not falling apart with a significant crease on its back cover (please see scans).  It will be shipped with the utmost care.  It is signed by hand by legendary TSR artist Jeff Easley.  Please note- the signature is real.  It is the actual, hand-signed signature of Easley.  It is not a pre-printed image on the magazine.
