1949 Vintage Radio Star Helen Trent Slide Show Picture Pin Brooch. Brass with knob in the center which has a ruby colored faux stone and rotates the pictures on the dial. Good pin and clasp. Marked Pat Pend on the back. It measures 1 1/4" x 1 5/8". A nice find.
