I went into beekeeping because my son built me a hive for my birthday. This one is homemade and you can tell by the hand holds. This one has held up through numerous bear investigations but I had to move it to a different yard because all the times it had gotten over it was getting weak.
Not everyone enjoys bees or beekeeping, but this postcard celebrates the brave beekeeper that finds joy out of taking care of his bees and the honey they provide.
I am having postcards printed commercially from original designs or photos that I have taken. In our area and also in beekeeping there are very few postcards available. These are available singly or as many as you would like. I participate in an online postcard swap. It is sometimes hard to find postcards to mail out for the swap and that is why I have begun to print good quality postcards.
