The item for sale is a brand new CAT Combat Application Tourniquet NSN6515-01-521-7976 G7 Red Tip and pre-owned Military Issue Black 30-0057 Tourniquet Holder. The tourniquet is still factory sealed and the pouch has some stitching coming loose on the TQ patch. Otherwise in good used condition.
