Measures 5-25/32" X 3-7/8" -- black ink on bright canary yellow card stock -- Addressed to:  "ELEKTRA RECORDS, 51 West 51st Street, New York, New York" (NOTE:  NO POSTAL ZONE!!!)

Postcard is actually a bright canary yellow -- there is a very faint 5/16" indentation at the rear upper right edge, to the upper right of the ELEKTRA logo -- plus a thin 9/32" ding at the rear lower right edge -- postcard shows discoloration, but contains no writing.  Corners and edges show light wear.

These survey post cards were including inside many of the 1950s and 1960s  record albums produced by Elektra Records, and were used for comments which the customer might have regarding the album itself, where the customer had purchased the album, how the customer had heard about the album, plus whether customers had purchased (or were planning to purchase) some of that "new-fangled" stereo equipment,  as well as a means of adding names to a mailing list for future catalogs and advertising.
