This is a Wright Specialities aluminum tray or lazy susan. The top is fully decorated in a intriguing design. The bottom of the tray has some scratches which would be normal. This was the tray of choice in the 30's to 50's for that silver look.Measures 11 3/4" in diameter. This tray could be used as a fruit bowl, serving dish, floral arrangement or just as a beautiful centerpiece.
