Vintage Hand Woven Poncho Small Fringe Bottom Open Front  Black Blue Gray Stripe

This has no size and no fabric content.  I am listing measurements and to me it seems like an adult Small.  

Armpit to armpit is about 20”

Center top back neck to bottom is about 27” and fringe is about an inch.

Our home is nonsmoking and no pets.
