We will ship most goods to all EU countries and the USA. All goods are normally sent by Royal Mail Tracked Delivery if from the UK.

If coming from abroad, trek packing and courier will be done
Once we have packed and sent your item, you will receive a report saying we have sent it to you.

They do not include Southern Ireland, any offshore islands, the Highlands of Scotland, or international shipping to PO boxes.

If you need any of these, please ask us, and we will advise you if we can do this and the prices; it may take longer for delivery.

Products are shipped to you from Monday to Friday; bank and public holidays are not included.

All goods will only be sent to your registered address. Buyers are responsible for any duties, taxes, and import charges in their own country.

RETURNS

Products may be returned if they are faulty not as described in the listing, or if the incorrect item is delivered to the customer within 14 days (about 2 weeks) of delivery of goods. If your products are unused and unopened.

We will need to be notified before you return an item. Please include pictures and other evidence to help speed up the process.

Once the tag has been removed or the item has been worn or used, it will belong to you and cannot be returned for any reason.

For hygiene reasons, beauty or health creams, lubricants, massage oil products, or intimate underwear or clothing that touches the skin (knickers, briefs, thongs, bras, etc.) are not returnable.

If you have ordered something by mistake or simply decide that you don't want it, we can issue a refund for unwanted items within 14 days (about 2 weeks). But you, the buyer, will bear the cost of the return and be responsible for its delivery to us.

We recommend sending it by recorded mail. Only returnable if not as described within the 14-day return policy.
