There is NO rot or major rust

It is straight and unbent

There is one spot weld as shown in pic with a less than 1” split

Very rare OEM part

Don’t waste your time trying to repair a rotted out one and definitely don’t waste your time with thin cheap aftermarket metal that doesn’t fit properly
