All 3 cameras have some kind of issue

Nikon Coolpix S220 Lens does not retract, powers on, comes with battery, screen does not work

GE A835 Turns on but shows battery is dead and powers off, tested with several new batteries.

Kodak Easyshare M853 Powers on, buttons do not work, no battery
