6.25" x 9.5", 334 page hardcover titled WIILIE: AN AUTOBIOGRAPHY by Willie Nelson with Bud Shrake /Simon & Schuster, ISBN # 0-671-64265-0, First Printing, Copyright 1988/ A fascinating look at the man at a point in time when his star was at its peak. Published in 1988, decades later Willie Nelson is still as relevant today as he was then, perhaps even more so. This autobiography gives an insight into the legend who rose up out of a dirt shack, was raised by his grandparents, and became one of the most recognizable Americans of his time. There's lots of wisdom, lots of poetry, lots of advice, and lots, and lots of references to weed, including the infamous White House roof incident chronicled here for the first time.

The book is complete and in FINE or better condition with some overall light wear. The gold lettering on the title "Willie" is rubbed and appears to a common flaw on a lot of these books.
