This is a Disney Flex Pin.

This pin is to commemorates Mickey's 75th Birthday.

Mickey is in front of a blue circle that is surrounded by a red circle and is

 holding a white banner that reads "MICKEY MOUSE CLUB" in gold.

To the bottom left side of the pin it reads "75" in red (7) and blue (5) with a black Mickey head in the curve of the 5.

Under that it reads "YEARS WITH MICKEY" in gold on black.

This pin was given to guests that booked a WDW trip through the Flex Vacation Package.
