Sterling silver chain necklace with a heartbeat pendant. The necklace is marked 925 and did test as sterling. The drop is about 8" and the chain is about 18" long. Spring ring clasp. One end looks like an extender where there is a hole to make a shorter necklace. In excellent pre-owned condition with little to no signs of wear. Like new.
