What a neat book, and way to take a look at how things use to be.  All the different classes, groups, activities are amazing.  We've come a long way for sure.  

This guy is a whopping 5 lbs, 9 oz, so a great door stop as well.

This is in good shape considering age and usage. 100 years old, we will all have some issues at that age. Shows handling, but decent.

Some outer wear, page coloration , age spots, some pages are stuck together, but I think from being stored. I didn't see any wet spots.. Please see video, you may get a better idea of the condition. Has a old book smell.
