A large 4 page menu with gorgeous front cover. Relais de la Belle Aurore Menu. Was located on 6 Rue Gomboust, Ci-devant Rue de la Corderie St Honore in Paris France. Measures about 9 1/4" x 12 1/2" when closed. In French and priced in Francs. Circa 1928

This a menu for the Le Relais de la Belle Aurore restaurant which was located in Paris. The front of the menu features a man and a woman in 18th century dress walking together with a dog running beside them. Behind them (on the right side of the menu cover) is a heavy set man with three flags behind him. This man is wearing a Liberty cap, also known as the Phrygian cap. On the left side, some grape vines and a man with a horse are portrayed. The illustration was done by Guy Arnoux. Printed on the back of the menu is the restaurant's address: au 6, Rue Gomboust, Ci-devan t Rue de la Corderie St. Honoré, Paris. Société Industrielle d'Imprimerie, 1928 in very good condition with old glue spots on back cover.
