Dosage
Flexiseq is for external use only. Apply the gel to the affected joint twice a day (morning and evening) in the appropriate amount. For pain in the knee, shoulder or hip joint, apply the gel to the skin area, squeezing out the gel to the length of the index finger; ankles, wrists, for finger joints - the length of the squeezed gel is half the length of the index finger. Allow the lubricated area to dry before covering it.
