The Yamada DP-5F is a high purity, self-priming, air-operated diaphragm pump with a maximum flow rate of 2.91–
3.25 gallons per minute. It has 1/4" NPT or 3/8" Flaretek liquid connections, an internal silencer, and flat check valves
 as standard. The DP-5F is made in a clean room, DI water tested, nitrogen purged, and double bagged. It has a 

maximum liquid temperature of 176° F (80°C), a maximum cycles per minute of 400, and a net weight of 7.5 lbs (3.4 kg).
