Everything is measured this way when laying flat:
Chest: Armpit to armpit
Length: Bottom of Collar to the end of bottom of shirt.
Waist: Straight across the top of pants.
Inseam: From crotch seam to the end of the leg
Rise: Top of the belt to the end of the crotch
