DISNEY INFINITY 3.0 Marvel's Vision Figure Avengers Character New (READ)

The item is new in the box but the clear plastic clamshell is detached from the cardboard and has been taped on to hold it in place. Please see the photos.

The Box is in good condition overall but not great as there are wear marks on the box.  This is not a display box. The character Vision is new and not damaged in any way.
