This is from NYC

It is from old days, this has a spot on the top for a bolt, this was either hung from the sides or on a pole connected on the top

The clock does work and works with a AA battery

The clock face can be spun in whatever way one would want.  it is not stationary, it's possible something could be missing

I believe this was on the street in NYC from what I've been told by its previous owner

I do not have much more details then that

It has some wear

It is about 14" tall from highest to lowest spot

12" wide
