Lens filter has been used, but it is in good condition. It comes with plastic case as pictured.  

Lens filter seems to never been used, it looks mint.  Glass has no visible scratches. I don't see any fungus or separation. Glass looks very nice.  I would rate glass at 10 out of 10.  Filter is fully operational and function as intended.
