For sale is Nippon Kogaku Case , measurements are 3X3X4.5". It seems to be for a Porofinder for Mamiya C3, C33 cameras. It might be used for a Nikon F metered prism as well. It will fit FTn, FT and F Photomic prism finders. I don't see brand name, it might be Nikon , Mamiya, or Topcon. 

I would rate it at 5 out 10.  Case seams are getting loose. So it might need some stitching. It is still not falling apart, and can be used in AS IS condition. It will protect the prism from dust and scratches. Case has some scratches from use, but is fully operational and functions as intended. No other accessories are included in this sale. Please look at the picture above.
