I would rate cap at  8 of 10. It will be shipped without any accessories just as pictured. No other accessories will be included in this sale, look at the pictures above.  

Cap has been used but is in good condition, cap looks and works good. It has normal wear from use. It has some scratches from use.  I don't see anything damaged.
