Just a note that this lens was made for  200mm f5.6 Medical Nikkor lens. Please note that it has threads only on the bottom, you can't stack any more lenses on this 2X 2:1 macro lens.  

Lens has 38mm threads. It will fit 200mm f5.6 Medical Nikkor lens.  Filter has been used, but it looks very nice. Glass is not scratched. I don't see any fungus or haze inside. Glass looks very clean and bright. filter rim and threads are not damaged. Lens works good.
