Lens SN 4761011579. Lens has issue with auto focus. It makes noise, but it does not work. So I assume that motor is busted. Other then that it looks good.   I don't see any noticeable scratches. Glass has some dust inside, but it seems that it has no affect on image quality. Lens makes  very nice pictures.
