Cap has been used, but it looks and works good. It has some scratches on exterior. It is not damaged in any way. This Lens Cap is fully operational and functions as intended. I would rate it a 8, on a scale from 1 to 10.
Cap ID is 48mm, it seems to fit Pentax K mount lenses.
