It has some scratches from use. Hood looks good, I don't see anything damaged. Please make sure that you have correct lens model for it to fit it properly.
I don't know what brand it is, ID is 104-105mm. So it should fit large lens with at least 100-102mm diameter rim. Hood is twist on type, that goes over the lens lip.
