Case has been used, it is very old. It is in poor condition. Most of the stitches are separated. So it needs repair. It can't be used as is. Please look at the pictures above.  Case is sold for parts, since it needs repair. Please no return on this item. 
Case has strap.  It will be mailed as pictured.  Case is missing original key, so you can't lock it. It has some kind of a key, but it does not seem to work. 

 Case is approximately 9X8X7" on exterior.   

Please note that case was made for Nikon medical Nikkor lens, it has holder for the lens and dividers for auxiliary lenses and charger.
