This is a single X-Men Hologram Card No. XH-5 from X-Men Series 1 Cards released in 1992 by Impel.  The card was removed from an expansion pack and stored in an Ultra Pro sleeve.  Price is for each card.

The pictures are the actual copies being auctioned.  They have been kept in a climate controlled environment in a smoke free home.
