Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-T99 Digital Camera 14.1MP Not Working For Parts

Screen only shows a purple/blue screen when looking at the screen. the menu fully works so must be an issue with the lens (maybe).

This camera doesn't work, it is being sold for part and repairs.

No battery or charger is included
