This is a single Rishadan Cutpurse - Foil card from Magic The Gathering, Mercadian Masques Edition, released in September, 1999 by Wizards of the Coast.  The card was removed from an expansion pack in and stored in a binder sleeve.  It has never been played.

The picture is one of the actual copies being auctioned.  I am the original owner and have kept it in a climate controlled environment in a smoke free home.
