How does this mail-in repair service work?
Purchase the repair service
An automated Email is sent with packaging & shipping instructions along with a link to your newly created account & ticket
Ship your defective module using the address provided in the email
Once received, we process your module into our system and immediately begin repairs
Once fixed we quickly package the board and provide you with your tracking number

What is the turnaround time for a repair?
3-5 business days after we receive your defective module. (this does not include shipping time)
What if my symptom is not listed or I have another unlisted issue?
Then you may have a different issue with your oven. We do not provide troubleshooting
Do you work on boards that have been serviced before have had failed repair attempts or missing parts?
No
Do you provide a shipping label so I can send my board to you? No, the shipping paid during checkout covers the cost of return shipping. You, as the buyer, will bear the cost of sending your board to us, enabling you to control the speed at which your module arrives to our facility for repair.
What happens if you can't fix my board?
In the event we are unable to fix your board, we will issue a partial refund minus the return shipping cost, our repair attempt fee of 50% the total repair service cost and then return the device to you
What if I have a problem with my module after it has arrived, is there a warranty for this repair service?
A one (1) year warranty is included with this repair service from the date of departure of our repair center. In the event of a warranty claim, the customer is responsible for return shipping to our facility, unless unit is DOA.
