This is a comic of Superman's Pal Jimmy Olsen No. 94 published by DC Comics in Jul., 1966.  The grade is probably at least a Fair but I will leave that up to the buyer to determine from the scans.

The pictures are of the actual copy being auctioned.  The pages are complete and intact.  The cover is detached and almost separated.  The comic book has been stored bagged and boarded in a climate controlled environment in a smoke free home.
