Gaymar PAR30F Paradise Pump Alternating Air Pressure Pump with 56" x 84" mattress. Helps to prevent pressure  sores in people who are unable to move well.  Originally came from a home medical company to be used at home by an elderly woman. Pump and mattress are clean and in good condition. A few minor scuff marks to the pump but does not affect the use of this. Please see in the pictures.
