The green tea from the company O Dromos tou Tsagiou (The Way of Tea) is renowned for its antioxidant properties, which help combat free oxygen radicals. It contains less caffeine than black tea and is made from the leaves of a shrub called Camellia sinensis. It should be stored in a cool, dark place, away from light and other items with strong odors.

When preparing the tea, pay attention to the water temperature, as boiling water is harmful to catechins (valuable components of tea). The ideal water temperature is up to 80°C. Next, pour the water over the tea and let it steep for up to 3 minutes before drinking. Of course, the brewing time can be shorter, depending on your taste and preferences.
