This jitterbug flip phone works great. It comes with the phone, booklets and charging cord. IT DOES NOT HAVE THE CHARGING DOCK. It is on GREATCALL and I am not sure if you can use it on any other service provider. You get the actual items pictured so please look at all photos and ask any questions before purchase.
