(3) You Can put needles in freezer to retain freshness up to 6 months. But use immediately if thawed out

(4) There are many ways of preparing the tea, but here is my preferred method:
Put the water into a pot & bring it to a boil.
Rinse needles in fresh cold water.
Chop pine needles finely. (1 tablespoon per cup) Add them to the boiling water in the pot.
Reduce heat to low, cover to retain volatile oils & simmer tea for 20 minutes.
Don't heat any longer as the vitamin C is heat sensitive.
Remove from the heat & steep covered for another 20 minutes or overnight. The tea will gain a red tinge.
For more flavor, add lemon juice, mint leaves, lemon balm, honey or other sweetener.

(5) another method is:
Pine needles are a expectorant for the body eliminating spike proteins, free radicals , infections, congestion , limb swelling, joint inflammation   improve red blood cell production , poor blood flow, eye sight , skin odor, brain fog, improve mood restore lost vitamins instantly from work and play for a fast recovery  and much more use about 2 table spoons or more pine needles to one and a half cups steeping hot water  for 20 to 45 minutes works great with pot and lid lemon & honey makes two 5.5 oz cups all you need is one for the day  that's it .
