Pre-owned and used. There is a very small hole on the back side of one sleeve (See close up in photo #3). See photos for assessment and measurements. Any other visible wear is consistent with age and wash and wear. 

Please note, I have a pug. Pug "glitter" gets everywhere no matter how hard I try. All clothing is laundered and will have the lint roller go over it...but by no means am I perfect!
