When the metals market went nuts about 10 years or so ago jewelry manufactures started making silver jewelry with diamonds to make jewelry more affordable. This practice continues today.
The condition is very good no damage or wear issues since apparently never worn. Spring ring works fine. This piece comes clean polished and ready to enjoy.
