    The product can be used by adults and adolescents from the age of 12 years.

    Dosage and method of use

    Adults and adolescents from 12 years of age:
    To relieve light symptoms of psychological stress, 1-2 film-coated tablets are taken up to 3 times a day. To support sleep, 1-2 film-coated tablets are taken 1/2 hour to 1 hour before going to bed.

    Do not take more than 8 film-coated tablets per day.

    Swallow the film-coated tablets undisguised, with a sufficient amount of liquid (preferably with a glass of drinking water). Do not swallow the film-coated tablets lying down.

    Composition

    The active substance is Valerianae radix pulverata 500 mg in 1 film-coated tablet.
    The other ingredients are: magnesium stearate, colloidal anhydrous silicon dioxide, crospovidone, shellac, talc, spray-dried arabic gum, partial higher saturated acylglycerols.
