Note! 2 different mounts are used - one the door molding is a part of the mirror base and the other the door molding goes under the mirror (the molding is not made on the mirror mount) - see photos. 

Fits: 2005-2010 Grand Cherokee - power, heated, memory - no auto dim. This will fit trucks with auto dum (plug is the same) but you lose the option.
