Antique Tintype Photo Young Man Boy Hand Tinted Cheeks Blue Tie Gentleman

The cheeks are hand tinted. The bow is blue but not sure what's going on with this one as it doesn't look hand tinted... I am far from an expert though in the genre of ephemera.
