VTG 40s Black Crepe Rayon Dress M Amazing Cellophane Passementerie Trim Circles

This gorgeous black rayon crepe dress with button front placket and metal under arm zipper is an approximate size S/M (view measurements below!)  Very well made. No materials tag. Features eye-catching shiny cellophane straw passimeterie in the form of circles on the bodice, upper sleeves, and the pockets. Big shoulder pads and Joan Crawford sleeves. It has a shiny satin insert in the skirt, which accents the shiny cellophane circles.

It is in excellent condition with the following flaws: Missing Belt and the buttons seem to be rusting from inside.
