Toy is plastic and approximately 5.5" tall; the figure is dressed in a green shirt/sweater/tie, brown trousers, white gloves and gray boots. His hair is yellow and he has a bushy mustache. Toy is packaged in a factory-sealed plastic bag (7" x 4"). This is #6 in the collection.
