brand new, still in sealed carton. Small, light weight, great mouse and vole trap. Actually a fair number of chipmunks have found their way in. I keep one of these in our garden shed where the birdseed is stored (in a closed, metal trash can, but they still infest the shed since the odor of the sunflower seed gets them searching).
