Condition issues. Some cover soiling and wear, including edges and corners, spine frayed at head and tail. Interior front hinge cracked, title page seperated but present,some light text foxing and edge/corner wear. Text crisp overall, some text foxing and soiling, some light text wear. It measures 5 3/4" x 8" x 1 3/4". A nice find.
